Juvenile Justice

Juveniles in India are mostly neglected area across all segments of society. Sometimes it may occur due to hectic schedules while at times it is due to lack of focus and awareness of parents. But, in both the cases, sufferers are juveniles. The Juvenile segment of society is either abused, neglected or not handled properly. So, in most cases, they end up with anger and frustration which leads to major damage.

Statistics reveal that the crime rate and college drop-out rate is increasing day by day. The main cause behind these numbers needs to be studied and focused on. Every constituent in touch with the segment of juveniles must realize the present and future consequence of non performances. Accountability, responsibility and awareness to nurture this force should be fixed and a continuous watch over non performers should be reworked constantly before it gets too late.

At CitizenCOP Foundation, we work towards identifying areas of problems like child abuse, child trafficking, child labour and depression and providing all types of help is the major thrust area of our team. We set filters on schools, sports and social organisations for searching such needy children.

We, as an organization, are trying to bridge gaps between different stakeholders on one part and such children as our mission. Our vision is to create a platform where every constituent related to Juvenile Justice System can interact and work with transparency.
